His mantra was, get up earlier than anybody else, make your plan, take immediate action, and at the end of each day determine what progress you have made; never waste time, refuse failure, never give up, and remember that in order to live - one has to 'punish' your body and your mind through hard work. Today's mantra seems to be: "if its too hard, you're doing it wrong", or "work smart, not hard".
